Light, wind, views, and regulation are mapped. We visit the site at different times to understand its full character.
Concept
A handful of spatial directions are sketched. We test massing, material palettes, and circulation before committing to a single path.
Detailed Design
The chosen direction is refined. We collaborate with engineers and craftspeople to ensure every joint, surface, and shadow is intentional.
Handover
We stay involved through construction to calibration. The building is only complete when it behaves as we imagined together.
